Coaching

– Individual online sessions.

Working in 1 or 2 hour blocks, we’ll explore what you want to achieve and plan the best way for you to get the results you seek. I will guide you in experimenting, practicing, rehearsing and figuring out what works for you. Following the session, we’ll review your experience and keep moving you forward. 

Coaching Themes: Change conversations, Stakeholder influencing, Raising your profile in the business, Vocal impact in meetings, Conference-speaking, Board presentation, Virtual presentation skills.

The total recommended number of coaching hours is 6 – 8.

Skills Teaching

– Group online sessions

These sessions lay the foundations of good practice in communication and are available for groups of all sizes. Access to the essential skills needed can be taught in dynamic, short bursts of information for your colleagues to build their toolkit and decide what they need to focus on to make an impact in their current role. I will design a highly effective and impactful session based on a development conversation and make sure your colleagues are learning exactly what they need to transform their skills.

The Listening Shift

6 x modules on the essential art of listening. In this post-pandemic world of uncertainty, with a new reliance on virtual connection, your ability to listen to people in your business has become a critical skill, but one that only 2% of people have ever been properly taught to do.  This programme will show you:

  • 5 modalities to transform how you listen to your organisation

  • Models and frameworks to enable powerful conversations

  • How to help others listen to you

Workshops

– Online or face-to-face

These small group experiential sessions are interactive and all about ‘doing’. You will be testing, trying out and hearing how your messages land with others, which is a valuable way of building confidence in newly acquired skills. These workshops are fun, too – developing team connections, fostering the ability to feedback constructively and watching others grow in confidence and skill.
